Dining Room Manager
(EU national) for a Luxury Country Club in Florida as follows:

This YACHT and COUNTRY CLUB in Florida is seeking a career-oriented
professional to join its progressive management team as Dining Room
Manager. The Club offers two clubhouses, a signature championship golf
course, tennis, fitness, croquet, aquatics and a full-service marina.
Annual food and beverage revenues exceed $2 million. The Club's new
Executive Chef is revamping club menus to embrace both traditional
offerings and current trends, with particular emphasis on the fine
dining component of the operation.

Reporting to the Clubhouse Manager, the Dining Room Manager's role is a
particularly hands-on, heavily floor-oriented position requiring an
energetic individual with an engaging personality. Member expectations
include exceptional member name recognition. Comprehensive knowledge of
food, beverage and service operations is imperative. Other requisites
include skilled communications and technical aptitude. A degree,
preferably in hospitality management, and experience in fine dining
environments would be distinctively advantageous. The position allows a
variety of working environments and work schedules including daytime.
Even at the height of season, two days off per week is the norm.

The job is for 7-12 month period starting in October 2010.

Key skills/experience
- Min 2 years Supervisory experience in upscale F&B establishments.
- Hospitality Degree
- Strong Foundation in F&B and great understanding of Wines.
-The person needs to be a natural and charismatic leader because they
will be in charge of all the F&B staff, which includes training.
- EU national
- Fluent English

The client will cover:
Salary of 15 usd/hour
