Canadian Guest Professor 
Recent guest lecturer at IMTe was Dr. Ronald Ferguson – associate professor at The John Molson School of Business at Concordia University in Canada. Dr. Ferguson’s undergraduate & graduate degrees are from the University of Western Ontario & the University of Michigan, respectively. Dr. Ferguson taught 3rd semester courses in Service Management and was once again received enthusiastically.

He is one of the world’s leading researchers in the field of tourism: Dr. Dimitrios Buhalis, Deputy Director of the International Centre for Tourism and Hospitality Research (ICTHR) School of Services Management, Bournemouth University, UK.
